The Reader at Literary Leftovers
What to call this little emission? A paper, a bulletin, a newsletter? Use it to satisfy yourself during a slow, sunny morning in the shop this summer, take it home and share it with your friends and family, or stuff it in your purse and forget about it until later.
You can call it whatever you want and use it however you like—we’re going to call it The Reader, and we’ll fill the pages with observations, anecdotes, poetry, reviews and more from the shop and the rest of our bookish community. The Reader‘s Little Reader, edited by our own storybook fairy godmother, Corrie Albertson, is the landing place for children’s book reviews, children’s poetry (by and for kids!) and everything else aimed at young readers. The general pages are edited by Eily McIlvain.
The Reader will be published bi-monthly and is printed by our friends at Ink Ability.
If you want to submit your own reviews, musings on literature, poetry, local bookish news, or anything else, email us at [email protected]. If you have children’s content to submit, send it to the same. Please review the Submission Guidelines before submitting.
